We primarily use UPS as our main shipping carrier. If you prefer a different carrier, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once you place your order, we will ship your items immediately if they are available. Your online order will display an estimated shipping rate, which may be adjusted at the time of final shipment. Please note that shipping rates are based on weight and will be rounded up to the next pound according to the shipping carrier's billing policies.

All shipping dates are estimated and not guaranteed. Due to the high volume of orders for our bestselling styles, the estimated shipping date may be delayed until the next production cutoff. We fulfill orders on a first-come, first-served basis. It is the buyer's responsibility to request the cancellation of any ordered items before they are shipped.

Customers must provide the correct shipping address when placing their order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.

We ship orders Monday through Friday and do not ship on the following holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.
