Online Order Return Policy
All online order returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Any items returned without an RMA form included in the shipment will be disregarded, and no credit will be issued. To obtain an RMA form, please email the web team at info@olinhalishop.com
We inspect all returned items and do not accept used, damaged, or stained items. All returned merchandise must be unworn, and free of stains and odors. We will not accept any items purchased more than 14 days from the date they were delivered.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, our Credit Department will inspect it, and credit will be issued if the item meets our return criteria. Rejected items will not be credited.
Damage Return Policy
Customers must notify the web team of any damages within 14 days of receiving their package. A return label will be issued only after the return request has been approved. It is mandatory for customers to return the damaged items using the provided label. If this policy is not followed, a replacement will not be dispatched. Please note that store credit will not be issued for damaged returns; we will send out a replacement only upon receipt of the damaged item.
Refused or Returned Orders
If an order is returned to us by UPS, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of reshipping. We do not reimburse shipping costs for orders that are returned due to incorrect shipping addresses, shipment refusals, or inability to deliver after multiple attempts. Before we proceed with reshipping a refused or returned package, the customer must confirm their agreement to pay the original shipping cost. Failure to do so will result in the package not being reshipped.
Important Notice
Returns will only be accepted with a completed RMA form. Return labels are granted exclusively for damaged items or styles that were shipped in error. No return labels will be issued for items that do not meet these criteria.
